Good food, friendly employees, comfortable atmosphere. There's a bar side and family room side once you walk inside, an employee will seat you on the family room side. The menu has just about everything you could ask for, lots and lots of options and even options that don't appear on menus as often. The pictures are of the "mess of lake perch" and "deluxe sausage roll".

The food was so freaking good! Service was friendly and inviting from the two staff members I met. The lady thoughtfully gave me utensils even though I said I didn't need them. That was much appreciated since I was on the road. Pricing was more than fair. I got two bacon egg and cheese croissants, a sausage egg and cheese croissant all with mozzarella, and their version of home fries to go. The bacon is to die for and there were three huge thick cut pieces per sandwich . The sausage was also very good, I'm just more of a bacon man. Croissant was toasted, very nice addition. Lots of mozzarella. No condiments are necessary. The potatoes were bland, but I did eat those plain. I did like the thin sliced style. I have to mention the entrance. It feels awkward having the bar and restaurant split by the old traffic doors. The people and food made up for the entrance, though. NC traveler just stopping in. Thanks!

We drove by this place in the morning and decided to stop on our trip back. Glad we did! Our waitress was SO sweet and helpful. She knew what we needed before we asked for it! Even brought us refill of our drinks before we asked I want to say that everything was served piping hot and stayed hot through out our meal. My husband ordered gizzards and fried pickles for appetizers. Both were HUGE servings. And both were delicious! The batter was perfect and crunchy. My Nine Mile burger was cooked perfectly, piled high with cheese and grilled onions on a Kiser roll. Served with fries. My husband got "Mess of Perch". It had a cornmeal batter and was served with potato salad, coleslaw and a piece of toasted bread. We took 2 boxes of leftovers home. I reheated our food in an iron skillet and it was perfect and crunchy. Going back to try something else on the menu

Nine Mile Restaurant is near the crossroad of highway 27 and 469. So I don't get sick of biscuits and gravy, I'm going to use a half order as my control size. This plate has one biscuit cut in half and a generous amount of gravy. I asked my server about their gravy and she said it's made in house, with Tim Didier Meats sausage. There was a good amount of meat without being overwhelming. The gravy was smooth and creamy, and didn't taste as peppery as it looked. Half order cost 3.59 and a full order is 4.99. I also ordered the Western omelette with wheat toast. The Western has ham, green pepper, onion, and quite a bit of cheese. The eggs were fluffy and prepared well. I couldn't eat even half of it. Nine Mile opened in 1837. They serve breakfast everyday except Sundays from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. I did include photos of the breakfast and dinner menus. Looks like they're a ton of great items with good prices. My server today, Rosetta, was really friendly and checked back multiple times. Overall, a very solid visit. When I come back next time, what should I try? I've heard great things about the fish and the onion rings. #onforkstoforks #foodie #biscuitsandgravy

Nine Mile Restaurant is a great place just out of town. They have their history on the back of the menu, and they are located 9 Miles from the Allen County Courthouse. They have a good size menu and a great bar. All the food is made to order and comes out hot. They may be busy but the servers stay on top of things. This was a great evening!

Just passing thru and decided to stop in for breakfast. The food was good (pretty hard to mess up breakfast food) but the portion size was large and very reasonably priced. Pictured is the Vegi omelette and a 2 side of home fries.

Our first visit here went very well. My wife and I tried their Buffalo Wings, the 9 Mile Burger, the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, Onion Rings and the Caesar side salad. And although their sauces leave a little to be desired they more than make up for it with their quality of food and their more than helpful and friendly staff. It was a very pleasant dining experience. Can't wait until we are in the area again. Next time we plan on trying either their Pizza or their Cod fish. Both of them looked extremely good.

This place has been our go-to for fish on Fridays for Lent. The perch is so good! They also have bluegill and cod. I had potato wedges with mine. They were delicious. They are large chunks of potatoes, fried. I don’t usually like tartar sauce, but theirs has dill in it. It is delicious. Looking forward to going back and trying something else after Lent is over. There is a lot of variety on their menu. They have bar seating and family room.
